Retired and it's time to play!!

Welcome!  Don't expect to much right now.  I am just getting started.  To day is Oct 4 and my 65th birthday is on the 7th and I'll be retired on Jan. 1, 2007.  I am very much looking forward to that day.  I have a couple hobbies that I'd like to pursue that have to do with my camera and some metal welding.  I also have a few acres that I have inherited.  I am presently living in a 5th wheel trailer on that acreage and I am loving every minute of it.  It is in the country, a couple miles from any lights which makes the stars so very glamorous.  The milky way is awesome.

"SAFTY IS FOR LIFE"

Safety should be a very conscious element of every one's life.  Stay focused in what you are doing and watch for others around you, especially when on the roads, when working, and when playing.

Jackson Lake and the Grand Tetons 2006

Myself along with Keith Benson, enjoyed a 5600 miles ride June of this year, 2006.  The trip was from Oklahoma to Black Hills, to Yellowstone, to Jackson, to Lolo, to Mt St. Helens, to Salem visiting friends, Hugh and Heidi Coonfield, then to the west coast of Oregon, to the Red Woods to Napa Valley to Yosemite, to Barstow back to Oklahoma. Fifteen days out.

YA'LL COME BACK!! YA HEAR??
